Tasting Notes
The nose opens with huge waves of maple syrup and caramel, baked red apples, stone fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rye spice. The palate is sweet and creamy — maple, caramel, apricot, black cherry juice, cinnamon, mint, and oak in an apple-pie, cinnamon-raisin-cookie interplay. The finish is medium, lingering with black cherry, clove, and a hint of tobacco.
