2 oz Hamilton Zombie Blend rum, 3/4 oz fresh lime, 1/2 oz grapefruit juice, 1/4 oz cinnamon syrup, 2 dashes bitters. Shake with crushed ice, pour unstrained, mint on top.
Ghost Pepper Margarita
2 oz Ghost Spicy Reposado, 3/4 oz fresh lime, 1/2 oz agave syrup. Shake, strain over ice in a salted glass. The heat builds — that’s the point.
Bloody Shiraz Spritz
1.5 oz Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin over ice, top with 3 oz tonic or soda, orange slice to garnish. Blood-red and dangerously easy.
