ASW Fiddler Unison Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship marriage of the Fiddler line — 90 proof (45% ABV), 750mL, a blend of two distinct bourbons composed by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia. One half is a foraged high-wheat bourbon (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley); the other is ASW's own house-distilled high-malt bourbon (56% corn, 44% malts) from its Vendome copper pot stills. Slowly diluted to 90 proof, non-chill-filtered and with no color added, it pours sweet and rounded — toffee, clove and citrus. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.
