Distilled once in copper alembic stills at the Brescia family estate in El Carmen (Chincha), Ica, Peru. Available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor in San Diego, CA.
Albilla brings a distinct profile: a sweet and balanced nose with spices and herbal tones, chamomile blossoms and grape essence, and a palate that is light, round and silky with solid fruit and floral character. It is a Gold winner at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (2008) and a Silver at ExpoPisco (2011). Compare it with the estate's Italia and Moscatel to taste three aromatic grapes side by side.
