Made with natural yeast and a 7–15 day fermentation, distilled once in copper alembic stills, then rested 10–12 months in stainless steel. The result is sweet and fruit-filled from aroma to flavor — pears and grapes, with a calm entry of daisies and honeysuckle, light and round on the palate with delicate hints of chocolate. Pair it with the Negra Criolla or Italia to taste the estate's full range.
