The Bad Stuff Plata Tequila
Plata is made with a minimum 7-year agave from our estate fields in Los Altos de Jalisco. The water comes from two artesian wells, open vat fermentation and, double distilled in stainless steel and is then transferred to copper Alembic stills to finish the distillation process.
