Robert Hall Paso Robles Chardonnay 2017
Robert Hall Paso Robles Chardonnay 2017 is a 750mL white wine from Paso Robles, California — the classic-range Chardonnay of Robert Hall Winery, the estate winery Robert L. Hall founded in 1999 on Paso Robles' east side. It is deliberately drafted without an alcohol or blend claim: two research passes returned conflicting winery-source figures for the 2017, and the bottle's own label is the arbiter. What is not in dispute is the house style — a ripe, barrel-influenced Paso Robles Chardonnay built around apple, peach and butterscotch tones. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

An East-Side Paso Estate with the Central Coast's Great Cavern
Robert L. Hall planted his Home Ranch in 1995 and founded the winery in 1999, building a gravity-flow estate on Paso Robles' east side whose centrepiece is an underground wine cavern of roughly 19,000 square feet, completed in 2001 — among the largest wine caves on the Central Coast. O'Neill Vintners & Distillers acquired the winery in 2016 and continues the estate programme across its Home Ranch, Terrace and Bench vineyards. Note the winery also makes a separate Cavern Select Chardonnay — a different bottling whose specs do not belong to this listing.
