I had Mao Tai baijiu on a Viking tour of China. It was a remarkably smooth whiskey. This baijiu, on the other hand has a harsh bite, and is anything but smooth. It works great as charcoal lighter fluid, and as a topical antiseptic. Not good for drinking.
