Ripe banana, pineapple and tropical fruit lead, with fermented funk, a touch of varnish and citrus zest. The palate is full of pot still character yet approachable — fresh pineapple juice, clove, cane syrup and white pepper — turning to olive, brine and a pleasant bitterness on a long finish.
