13.0% ABV | 22oz bomber | 50 IBU | Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with cinnamon + toasted coconut | Released January 2021 | Seattle, WA — Fremont Cinnamon Coconut B-Bomb 2021 is the winter-release variant of the brewery's legendary Bourbon Barrel-Aged Winter Ale: a blend of 9-, 12-, and 24-month-old barrel-aged winter ale laid down in 8–12-year-old American oak bourbon barrels, then finished with cinnamon and toasted coconut. Big, warming, and dessert-like. Available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor in San Diego, CA.

B-Bomb is Fremont's barrel-aged flagship, and the Cinnamon Coconut edition layers baking spice and toasted coconut over the base beer's bourbon, vanilla, and dark-chocolate depth. It took Bronze at the 2021 Brussels Beer Challenge. Among barrel-aged stouts, the 9/12/24-month barrel blend gives it unusual complexity for the style. Cellar it or drink it now — at 13%, it's built for slow sipping by a fire.

Tasting notes
