Casa Diega Verde Gin is the green, herbal, savory member of the Casa Diega trio from Mexico City — a Mexican gin infused with lemon rind, cucumber and rosemary over a clean juniper base, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750mL bottle. Casa Diega, one of the pioneers of Mexican gin, was born in 2016 as a collaboration with the Flor de la Paz Foundation, and every botanical in the infusion comes from the foundation — grown 100% free of agrochemicals and pesticides through organic techniques that respect the cycles of the soil.
