Pecan, baking spice and singed grapefruit on the nose, with vanilla, caramel and raisiny fruit. The palate is rich and clean — macadamia, citrus, honey, butterscotch, peach and pineapple marmalade lifted by tangy orange zest — finishing long with mango, toasted cinnamon, grilled pineapple and warm depth, plus a vibrant, almost agricole-like herbal streak from the cane-juice component.
