Three Chord was founded by Neil Giraldo — guitarist, songwriter and producer, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee alongside Pat Benatar — who has told the story many times: drinks set on a guitar amp, vibrating with the music, and the question of whether sound could change a spirit the way it changes a room.
