The Flagship, Uncut
Pipe Dream is Redwood Empire's flagship bourbon at 90 proof; the cask-strength version is the same whiskey before water ever touches it — richer, deeper, and built for the drinker who wants to proof it down themselves. Head distiller Lauren Patz calls cask strength "the best of what spirits have to offer," and at 116.8 proof this is the argument.
