Per Paste's review: citrus and peach-like stone fruit with warm caramel, clove, allspice and vanilla buttercream on the nose, over cream-of-wheat graininess and dry woodshed oak; a silky palate of rye spice, peppery chile heat, honey and light caramel with stone fruit and apple; moderate sweetness and a sturdy, tingling warmth.
