Tasting Notes
Nose: Mandarin, candied apple, white pepper and grated nutmeg over hazelnut chocolate, toffee, and fresh floral tones with sweet vanilla and toasted wood.
Palate: Caramelised red apples and orange zest flowing into crème brûlée, pot still spices, and cereal undertones.
Finish: Rich and lasting — grain and pot still spices fade first, leaving the oak to have the final say.
