Kunhai Whisky Sky
Kunhai Whisky Sky is an 80-proof (40% ABV) 700mL blended whisky from Taiwan — a no-age-statement blend of single malt and grain whiskies named for the bright, clear air over the island. Where Sun leans warm and Earth leans smoky, Sky is the light and floral one: sweetness meets floral notes with subtleties of wood and toffee, and a decadent finish. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.

Clear Air, Bright Whisky
Sky is Kunhai's daylight expression: bright gold in the glass, sundried citrus and dragon fruit on the nose, roasted chestnuts and light caramel on the palate with toffee, candied tangerines, and dried apple. A touch of smoke in the tasting notes keeps it interesting — but the peat belongs to Earth; this one is all lift. See the Kunhai collection and world whiskies at Del Mesa.
Tasting Notes

How to Enjoy
Neat to catch the floral-citrus lift, or as a highball with soda and lemon peel — Sky is built for the lighter pour.
