Per the distillery: masa, Texas campfire and powdered sugar over stone fruit, peppery spice and mint; the fuller official notes add confectioners' sugar, cold-smoked butter, corn husk and BBQ pit on the nose, candied oak smoke and orange marmalade on the palate, and a long, dry finish as the smoke returns.
