The Harmony Collection is The Macallan's exploration of packaging as craft — and Amber Meadow is its most literal: discarded meadow cuttings, given new life in the presentation box and bottle labels, celebrating the Scottish grasslands that connect the generations who have stood on them. The Whisky Mastery Team took its inspiration from those same meadows — warm grass, ripe barley fields, citrus on the wind — and built the whisky from sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks to match. The box carries Mary McCartney's photography of The Macallan Estate.
Tasting Notes
Rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut, and ripe barley fields on the nose; the palate brings rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond, and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long, and complex.
