When Sazerac acquired Myers's in 2018, it gained access to the most coveted empty whiskey barrels in America — and master blender Drew Mayville, the man behind the Antique Collection itself, put them to use. Launched in October 2024, the Signature Cask Collection takes five single barrels of Myers's Original Dark Rum — 100% molasses, a blend of pot- and column-still distillates matured in Jamaica — and finishes each in a different Buffalo Trace Antique Collection cask, bottling every expression at its own unique proof: George T. Stagg at 100, William Larue Weller at 83, Sazerac 18 Year at 86, Thomas H. Handy at 84.5, and Eagle Rare 17 Year at 86.
