Presented in a custom-designed, hefty 750ml bottle, this rum makes a bold statement from the shelf. The short neck is sealed with a wooden cap embossed with “Fred L Myers’s World’s Finest Rums”, secured by a synthetic cork that promises a tight seal.

In the glass, the rum transitions from a dark pine amber in the bottle to a radiant golden amber hue when poured. A swirl reveals a medium band with quick-moving legs, which gradually give way to a final slow wave, hinting at its rich body and depth.

Nose
The bouquet opens with a pop of pepper and raisins, followed by warm vanilla and roasted nuts. As it opens up, a deep note of overripe bananas dominates the background, offering a sweet, tropical warmth.

Palate
The initial sip delivers a warm burst of alcohol with a sweet, peppery entry. Layers unfold with raisins, honeyed bananas, toasted walnuts, almonds, and dark roast coffee, weaving into a spice-laden profile of cinnamon and cardamom.
