One Estate, Every Step
Most cognac houses buy eaux-de-vie from across the region; Le Reviseur distills only what its own 90 hectares of chalk-and-marine-fossil vineyards in Petite Champagne produce. Distillation runs in tiny 1600-litre stills, aging in 300–400 litre Limousin casks in dry cellars, all under one roof at Domaine du Maine Drilhon. The VSOP is the house's elegant middleweight — fruity and spiced, evolving toward grilled oak and walnut shell. Tasting Notes
Old gold with amber tints. A fruity, elegant nose with a touch of spice, evolving to oaky and grilled notes with walnut shell. Full palate with pleasant elegance and a clean finish.
How to Enjoy
Neat or with a single cube after dinner; its spice and fruit also make it a superb base for a Sidecar or a Vieux Carré.
