Neisson Rhum Organic is a 750mL white rhum agricole at 52.5% ABV — 105 proof — and the first certified organic AOC rhum agricole from Martinique. Sold in Europe as Le Rhum Bio par Neisson, it is distilled at Le Carbet from fresh certified-organic cane juice — Ecocert certifies the soil, the cane, the yeast and the finished rhum — from three estate cane varieties: B64 red cane, R583 and B59. Tasting Notes
From the importer's notes: bolder sugarcane and fruit aromas than the classic blanc, a complex body of citrus — orange, grapefruit and pineapple — and a long grassy finish. La Maison du Whisky's profile adds fresh cane, lemon and flowers.
