Tasting Notes
From the producer's notes: clear and crystalline; an intensely floral, citrus nose; a round, sweet, rich and full palate despite the strength; a very long finish. Freshly harvested sugar cane dominates through it all.
How to Enjoy
A Ti' Punch made with L'Esprit is Martinique at full volume — use a smaller pour than usual and let it open in the glass. It also seasons cocktails by the teaspoon where a standard blanc would disappear.
