Tasting Notes

Nose: Cooked agave, citrus and herbs with an earthy, mineral edge. Palate: Forward agave sweetness, vanilla bean and white pepper, with tropical fruit through the middle. Finish: Long, clean and peppery — the earthiness the importer describes, in the glass.
