Hennessy VSOP Limited Edition by Julien Colombier
Hennessy V.S.O.P Limited Edition by Julien Colombier is an 80-proof (40% ABV), 750mL cognac in the French artist's 2021 end-of-year gift edition. Classic VSOP, Collector's Canvas
Hennessy's artist collaborations turn the world's most famous cognac bottle into a canvas, and Julien Colombier's 2021 edition is one of the boldest: multicolored tropical florals and dreamlike natural forms wrapping the VSOP Privilège everyone knows. Inside is the same harmonious blend — balanced, never aggressive, built for the sidecar and the neat pour alike — but the packaging is what collectors hunt. For cognac fans who display as much as they drink, this is the gift-set edition to own.
Tasting Notes
The standard VSOP profile: vanilla, clove, and cinnamon on a rounded, well-balanced palate, with toasted oak and a long, elegant finish. Approachable neat, excellent in a Sidecar or Vieux Carré — the same blend Hennessy has sold for generations, untouched by the artist edition.
How to Enjoy
Neat or on a large cube to appreciate the blend; mix it into a Sidecar (cognac, Cointreau, lemon) for the classic serve. The included coasters make it a ready-made gift — pair with other cognacs for a holiday tasting flight.
