El Pintor Tequila Blanco

El Pintor Blanco is a truly work of art. The process is started by selecting only ripe blue agaves from a single state in the low lands, near the tequila volcano. The cooking process is done in a traditional brick oven. Afterwards the agave is grinded in two parts: 1 part goes to the traditional tahona and the 2nd part goes to a mechanical mill. The cooked juice is then fermented and finished double distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coil. Its finished at 84 proof, just ideal for cocktails and agave aficionados.
