Ve De Di Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
Ve De Di Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is a Vietnamese coffee liqueur from Về Để Đi, the Hanoi distillery founded in 2020 by Quan Hung Nguyen and Michael Rosen, imported in the US by Skurnik. Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer, and this bottle leans into that: a roughly 7:3 blend of arabica and robusta beans from the Central Highlands is ground and macerated separately in water and in a column-distilled spirit made from Red River rice, and the two infusions are blended, lightly filtered, sweetened with sugar from Nghe An and rested for a week in stainless steel before bottling at 23% ABV in a 700mL bottle. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

Coffee Country, Bottled
Về Để Đi builds its liqueurs from singular Vietnamese ingredients, and few are more Vietnamese than Central Highlands coffee. Macerating the beans in both water and rice spirit pulls both the bright cold-brew character and the deeper roasted extraction into one bottle. Tasting Notes
Earthy robusta, chocolate chip cookie and charred marshmallow on the nose. The palate is richer: dark chocolate, brown sugar, toasted coconut, tonka bean and dried cherry, with a smooth coffee finish.
How to Enjoy
Use it in an espresso martini, a coffee Manhattan or Old Fashioned, or a White Russian, or simply pour it over ice or vanilla ice cream. Browse more cocktail ingredients at Del Mesa Liquor.
