Tanqueray Negroni Cocktail

Tanqueray Negroni Cocktail is a 49.8-proof (24.9% ABV), 750mL ready-to-serve cocktail — Tanqueray London Dry Gin blended with sweet vermouth and Italian bitter aperitif liqueur, from Diageo's Cocktail Collection. Just open and pour. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.

The Negroni is the bartender's cocktail — equal parts gin, vermouth and bitter, invented in Florence in 1919 — and this bottle does the measuring for you. The gin at its heart is classic Tanqueray: juniper, coriander, angelica and licorice, distilled at Cameron Bridge in Fife, Scotland, then married to red vermouth and a bitter aperitif in a recipe developed with bartenders. The result has the hardware to prove it: Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2023 and 2024, and Gold in 2025.

Tasting profile: orange zest, dried cherries and spicy coriander on the nose; red vermouth, juniper and amaro on the palate; a slightly bitter finish of red berries, citrus peel and herbal botanicals.
