Copalli's excellent white rum is mixed with cacao in this great expression from Belize! The rum is made with organic sugar cane that is crushed for juice within two hours of harvesting, and then flavored with organic cacao to give the spirit a chocolatey richness.

very clean taste, if you ever visit Belize, visit the jungle factory

I visit Belize pretty often and have tried most of their rums. This is my favorite (so far) In the jungle in Toledo district Belize is the factory. Take the tour. Very pure recipe used on all 3 rums they make. I sip it over ice.

Copalli rum is the best

After visiting the factory (in the middle of the rain forest) during a recent stay in Belize - I love their rums, of the three this is my new favorite. Beautiful clean flavor with a touch of cacao.
