Tres Rios tequilas use agave baked in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours and a distillation process precisely timed to between 24 and 48 hours. It is blended with artesian well water. All these factors create, they believe, a distinctive taste in their tequila.
Tres Rios Reposado tequila is their rested (or "reposado") expression having aged in oak for 4 months prior to bottling.
