Crystal clear and luminous in the glass: raw and cooked agave, anise, lavender, eucalyptus, and citrus blossom on the nose; lime zest, ripe pear, agave nectar, white pepper, and wild botanicals on a silky palate; and a clean, slightly herbaceous, refreshingly long mineral finish. Among blanco tequilas, Torrente is the sustainability leader — regenerative farming, single estate, certified — and the extra 0.2% carries real flavor.
