From the Island That Invented It
Curacao liqueur takes its name from the island, and Senior & Co is the house that still makes it there the slow way: Laraha fruit is hand-harvested, the peels are cut and sun-dried, then macerated and distilled in copper with spices before the liqueur is finished and filtered — every step by hand at the Landhuis Chobolobo distillery in Willemstad.
