Vintage cognac is the anti-blend — one harvest, one place, one long patience — and this is the bottle the house chose to introduce its Sazerac de Forge line with (announced November 2025 alongside the XO and a 50-Year-Old). The house's 1782 roots run "true to the vine" here: deep gold in the glass, ripe stone fruits and exotic florals on the nose, a full rounded palate of caramel, orange zest, toasted nuts, and baking spice, and a long, refined finish.
