Raising Glasses Full Circle 110 Rum
Raising Glasses Full Circle 110 Rum is the overproof blended rum from Raising Glasses, the American independent bottler run by husband-and-wife team Lorri and John — a departure from the house's single casks. The Full Circle project traces the trajectory of sugar cane spirits as they developed across the globe, and the 2025 Edition blends rums from eight nations — Madeira, the USA, Barbados, Thailand, Ghana, Trinidad, Guyana and Jamaica, as printed on the label — with components ranging from two to eight years old. Rather than copying the existing navy-style blends, Raising Glasses set out to build a fully original modern blend, each year's release featuring new additions from its single cask collection and its collaborators. It is bottled at 55% ABV — 110 proof, the strength in its name — unsweetened at zero grams per litre of sugar, with no coloring or other additives, in a full 750mL bottle. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

Eight Nations, One Circle
Most of the Raising Glasses range is a single cask in a 375mL bottle; Full Circle is the house turning blender, following cane spirits around the world and marrying what each region does best — Barbadian richness, Jamaican funk, Guyanese depth, Trinidadian finesse and wilder cards from Madeira, Thailand, Ghana and the USA — into one full-size, full-proof mixing and sipping rum. Browse the single casks it was built from in our rum collection and the wider spirits range.
Tasting Notes
Early community tastings describe a nose moving from allspice, baking spice and dried fruit toward cream and milk chocolate; a palate that opens with lime-pith brightness and turns peppery, with an oily texture; and a long finish of earth and brine — backbone enough for tiki builds and rum old fashioneds alike.
How to Enjoy
This bottle was built for daiquiris, mai tais and rum old fashioneds that need proof to stand up to citrus and dilution — the bottler calls it the cocktail-friendly strength of the Full Circle project. It sips respectably neat too, especially next to the overproof shelf in our rare and top shelf collection.
