Descriptions
This very first US Small Batch Limited Release of 1,210 bottles is
comprised of Single Malt from 25% Ruby Port, 25% STR, 25% ex-Bourbon,
and 25% Carcavelos fortified Portuguese wine casks at least four years
old.
It is 75% double-distilled and 25% Faraday distilled, bottled at 50% abv.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Apples and pears with a creaminess incorporating caramel and raisins.
Taste: Vanilla and honey sweetness with orchard fruits, marmalade, and lights notes of oaky spice.
Finish: A toasted wood dryness with peppery spices.
