🏛️ Old Forester 1924 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey – Prohibition-Era Tribute with a Modern Twist

Celebrate resilience and craftsmanship with Old Forester 1924 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey, the fifth release in the brand’s storied Whiskey Row Series. This limited annual release honors the distillery’s survival during Prohibition, when it operated under medicinal license P-3 and sourced barrels from shuttered distilleries.

🥃 Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Apple cider, creamy butterscotch, cranberry, seasoned oak, hazelnut, and tobacco
  • Palate: Red currant, plum, graham cracker, and light maple with a creamy mouthfeel
  • Finish: Dry oak, raspberry, barrel char, and allspice with a warming close

Crafted from a new mashbill of 79% corn, 11% rye, and 10% malted barley, this 100-proof bourbon offers a subtle departure from Old Forester’s traditional profile while retaining its signature red fruit and spice character.

🛠️ Distillery Legacy

  • 10-Year Age Statement: A rare milestone for Old Forester, adding depth and maturity
  • Mashbill Innovation: Shares DNA with Early Times, reflecting Brown-Forman’s historical blending practices
  • Annual Release: A collectible expression with limited availability
AVAILABILITY: We currently have 1 in stock and ready to ship.

A $60 for $250

I can literally buy ths for $149 at bevmo. This is $100 mark up. 1920 tastes better and for $60 i can buy 4 bottles of 1920 that taste better. This is a hard pass at 249
