Produced in Hacienda Tapanala, Oaxaca, El Manantial is the first “low proof” mezcal from Mezcal Vago, achieved by using local Sierra Sur spring water during fermentation and proofing. This joven mezcal reflects the Barriga family’s dedication to traditional mezcal-making, with no additives and full transparency of production.
