Made at Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados (NOM 1414) in Arandas, in the southern Highlands of Jalisco, from fully mature Los Altos Blue Weber agave cooked in stone and brick ovens, roller-milled, open-fermented in stainless steel with champagne yeast and deep-well water, and double distilled in copper pot stills, it rests in American white oak barrels and is bottled at 49% ABV (98 proof) in a 750mL bottle with no additives, coloring or glycerin.
