This 15th Edition — released September 2025 — is a 9-year-old drawn from 54 ex-bourbon barrels only, bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration and no coloring, at a gentle ~20 ppm peat. The all-bourbon-cask maturation keeps the fruit clean: fresh vanilla, tropical fruit, and toasted oak on the nose; milk chocolate, salted caramel, candied citrus, and ripe pear on the palate; a long, maritime finish of peat smoke, sea air, and honeyed sweetness. Among Islay single malts, the 100% Islay series is the terroir bottling — the whole island, from field to bottle, in one glass. Founder Anthony Wills calls it the physical embodiment of the land, and the whisky makes the case.
