A French Banana Liqueur in the Traditional Style
The Eldee range is produced in France with respect for tradition, working with fruit from environmentally responsible farming. Each expression comes in the line's signature glass bottle with a swing-top closure that reseals between pours. The banana is one of the standouts of our liqueurs shelf: delicate and fragrant rather than candy-sweet, so it layers into cocktails without taking them over.
Tasting Notes
Bright, natural banana aroma up front. The palate is silky and smooth with rich ripe-banana sweetness and a subtle vanilla note, finishing clean with lingering tropical fruit.
How to Enjoy
Shake it into a banana daiquiri, split the base of a mai tai, or add a half ounce to a rum old fashioned. It is equally at home drizzled over ice cream or folded into banana bread and dessert sauces.
