The Story
Bedford Park is the single cask label of North Coast Distillers in Scotland, and its Stargazing series pairs rare casks with label art — this bottle wears "Silent Night Under the Stars" by Costa Rican comic artist Kath Lobo. Foursquare itself needs little introduction: the Doorly's and R.L. Seale house in St. Philip, Barbados, run by Richard Seale, is famous for pot-and-column blends aged entirely in the tropics before bottlers take them north. Tasting Notes
The nose opens with honey, vanilla and toasted coconut over dried tropical fruit. The palate turns richer — banana bread, almond and caramel with cedar and warm baking spice — before a long, dry, oak-kissed finish that holds its composure at full cask strength.
