Aroma: The nose is really superb. Dark fruits, wet oak and cooked agave fill the room when it's poured. A really complex mix that has cognac elements.
Initial Taste: A really sweet entry. Cooked agave flavors are a tad overshadowed by a really sweet caramel and brown sugar note.
Body: A thick body and the oak notes come forward a bit more with some bitterness to balance out the sweet notes.
Finish: Still a long and sweet finish with a very nice mouth feel. Brown sugar and hints of apricots and other stewed fruits are the most prevalent.
