This sake is handcrafted through every step of the process, from making koji rice to hand bottling. Akashi-Tai Tokubetsu Junmai is traditionally brewed with a full-bodied flavor profile that is clean and well-structured. Creamy notes with undertones of pear and banana. A palate of beautifully ripe bananas provide a rich and luxurious mouthfeel.
