Riazul Plata Tequila
Riazul Plata Tequila is a 40% ABV (80 proof), 750mL blanco from Compania Tequilera de Arandas (NOM 1460) in the Jalisco highlands — 100% Blue Weber agave from the Orozco family estate, in red volcanic soil at roughly 7,200 feet, double distilled and given a brief 15-day rest in neutral oak before bottling. That short rest keeps it pure and transparent while rounding the edges: earthy, herbal and buttery agave with vanilla and florals, and a mild chocolate note on the finish. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.
