Cognac Craft Meets Chilean Pisco

Most Chilean pisco is column-distilled; Kappa goes the other way, double-distilling Muscat grapes in a Cognac-style copper pot still to chase aromatic intensity. It is pisco made with a French perfumer's instincts — no surprise, given the family behind it. Explore the Kappa range in our pisco collection, and shake up your cocktail game with South America's great white spirit.

Tasting Notes

Very aromatic — floral notes of orange blossom and rose petals, lemon citrus, and green apple over the Muscat grape's natural perfume. (No official tasting notes survive; these notes are drawn from published reviews.) Expect a fragrant, silky spirit that drinks beautifully neat.

How to Enjoy

Neat or over a single cube to appreciate the aromatics; it is also the definitive base for a Pisco Sour — lemon, simple syrup, egg white, bitters — and a superb highball with tonic.
