Torus Real Blanco Tequila
Torus Real Blanco Tequila is the unaged foundation of the whole Torus Real line — 750mL, 100% blue Weber agave, bottled with minimal intervention. From the Southern Los Altos of Jalisco (NOM 1479), master tequilera Paola Basseliz cooks the agave in autoclaves, roller-mills it, ferments in stainless steel, and distills twice in copper pot stills. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

Where the Torus Real Story Starts
Every aged tequila starts life as a blanco, and Torus Real's is a strong start: highland agave character — sweeter, more fruit-forward than valley agave — delivered straight from the copper pot still with no barrel in between. One reviewer found it "a bit rough to taste straight" at first but smoother with a little ice and air. Try it against the reposado to taste what oak adds in our tequila section, or see the full Torus Real range.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Cooked agave with citrus and white pepper. Palate: Sweet agave, herbal lift, bright minerality. Finish: Warming, peppery, clean.
How to Enjoy
Classic blanco territory: margaritas, Ranch Waters, and Palomas — the pure agave punch cuts through citrus beautifully. Adventurous sippers can try it neat with sangrita.
