Poor customer service got charged for liquor that was never delivered
So I bought a gift for a loved one and paid extra for the shipping. My item never arrived at my house, but the delivery company who is delivering the product said that they wanted to reschedule the delivery and then I got confirmation from the liquor company that my gift was delivered which it wasn’t. I tried contacting customer service and totally got ignored by the liquor company and delivery company. Trying to figure out what was going on with my shipment and product I had to contact my bank and dispute the charges to be able to be made whole again. I definitely will not be patroning this business in the future . Lesson learned !!

one of the top smoothest tequiles won't want to go back to others once you had this brand. no regreats
