Produced at Tequila El Viejito (NOM 1107) in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, under a third-generation master distiller, it holds the Additive-Free Alliance Brand Certification: slow-roasted in stone/brick hornos, roller-mill extraction, deep well water, stainless-steel fermentation, and double distillation in stainless/copper hybrid stills.
