Tequila Mandala Día de los Muertos "Guardians of Time" 2026 is the year's limited-edition extra añejo — 100% blue agave tequila aged a minimum of three years in French oak, presented in a hand-painted sculptural 1L ceramic bottle at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Each bottle carries six calavera skulls — the Guardians of Time, representing Earth, Fire, Time, Family, Vision, and Eternity — in black, purple, gold, and ivory Día de los Muertos artwork, with a coordinated gift box. It continues Mandala's annual Day of the Dead tradition (prior editions: El Jimador, La Catrina, Life After Death). This is a pre-order item shipping late September 2026.

Tasting notes

Ripe fruit, toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, nuts, and cooked agave, with warm oak and gentle spice from the long French-oak rest. Smooth and elegant, with a long, warming finish.
